To successfully develop a new medical technology, the investor must first understand who is the customer. We will look at a combined strategy for product development, regulatory and reimbursement strategy. Next we will look at the Food and Drug Administration. What is it, what does it govern and how is it set up. Next we will take an in depth look at the regulation of drugs.

The Emotions of an Entrepreneur 101

Laura Wallace of Worx Graphic Design presents:

As entrepreneurs it’s integral to find a balance of mental energy and emotional contentment. During this process, however, we all find ourselves fulfilling the inevitable cycle of highs and low – feelings of confidence, self-consciousness and even a loss of vision. The goal is to use this course as a platform to reach the next level of success. You Know The Drill: For every Aha! moment you’ve had, you’ve given yourself a Thumbs Down. Together we’re going to explore the benefits of acknowledging and validating every emotion you and your business encounters. Only then can you overcome the mental scramble and take the next risk.

Dreaming Session: What do you want in a maker space?

It's time to dream. It's time to brainstorm what we really want. It's time to make things happen.

The TIC has 10,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space that is NOW fully available for a mix of woodworking, metalsmithing, small engine repair, additive or subtractive manufacturing. If it's related to tinkering or manufacturing, we can make it happen on the Manufacturing Floor.

TIC Management is exploring a variety of options for a maker community, from woodworking to welding, 3D printing to injection molding, it's a possibility! So what do YOU want?

Bring your ideas about how to spread this idea to the community, develop partnerships with other local groups and fundraising ideas!
